Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and provincial guidelines and restrictions, the host club for Royal*2021*Royale was unable to hold an in-person convention. The RPSC Board offered a virtual Royal/Royale from October 14-17, 2021.

Federacion Interamericana de Filatelia (FIAF) patronage exhibition with Traditional, Postal History, Postal Stationery, Aerophilately, Thematic, Maximaphily, Revenues, Post Cards, Open, One Frame , Philatelic Literature and Modern (21st century) Classes. One frame exhibits may correspond to any of the parent classes except Post Cards and Open. Modern class exhibit must be in Traditional, Postal History or Postal Stationery formats. Framed exhibits in all classes must have been awarded a vermeil national level medal to enter and, with the exception of the one frame and modern classes, must enter 5 frames. Exhibits awarded a large vermeil medal at a previous FIAF or FIP exhibition may enter 8 frames. Exhibits in the modern class may enter 3-5 frames. The Quebec City Old Paper Show Inc. (Le Salon du vieux papier de Quebec) will be held on Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 25 dealers in attendance: stamps, postal history, covers, postcards, ephemera, old papers, archives, vintage posters and magazines and antiquarian books. Free parking and $5 admission on Saturday, free admission on Sunday. One to two pages exhibition, SHPQ & BNAPS breakfast and conferences, door prizes.
