RPSC: Initial Login Registration

NOTE: the id number on your CP mailing label might be missing the last digit (this occurred frequently on labels printed in the past - a "Login failed" message could be an indication of this).

If you are having problems logging in, please e-mail the webmaster (Robin Harris) directly. In your e-mail please include your:

last name
postal code
member number

Problems can be rectified very quickly if the proper information is forwarded.

Initial login registration International (non Canada, non USA) members: please e-mail the webmaster for temporary password. All fields are required and ALL must match our current records exactly, for the registration process to proceed.
Member number		(enter only the digits that follow the hyphen; do NOT include the preceding letter and dash)

Last name

Postal code	(for Canadian postal code, please include the space)

E-mail

Confirm E-mail
	(Double check the spelling in your e-mail address. We cannot be responsible for temporary passwords being sent to a wrong e-mail or the inability to be sent to a non-existent e-mail address)

Click Submit to receive your initial password sent to the e-mail address noted above.

Virtually every "problem" we receive is the result of incorrect information being supplied by you, the member. Please double check the information you are supplying here.

Every once in awhile a temporary password is generated by the system that causes login problems. These can be manually corrected by the webmaster once we hear about it.

Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" e-mail folder in case your e-mail program filters/files this e-mail into that folder.
