Standard Quad Occupancy $169.99 per night plus applicable taxes
Suite Starting at $199.00 per room plus applicable taxes

Individual Reservations:
• Guests to call the hotel to make their own reservation must quote Event Name or Group Code SSC and provide their credit card number 905-704-5656 (Toll free number 1-877-688-2324 ext 2) or email reservations@honhotels.com.
• Please note the cut-off date for making hotel room reservations.
• The above rates are quoted in Canadian funds per room, per night, and are subject to 13% HST.
• All Reservations must be reserved with a credit card.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
• Check-In time is after 3:00 pm (Early Check-in is not guaranteed but may be requested)
• Check-Out time is 11:00 am
• Checking out following this time but before 6:00 pm will be subject to a late checkout charge of $69.00 plus taxes, checking out after 6:00 pm will be subject to a full night’s rate.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Any reservation within your group block can be modified or cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival (by 3pm hotel local time). Any rate changes will be made at this time to reflect the rates on page one of this contract.
2. You may cancel additional nights at least 24 hours prior to your departure (by 3pm hotel local time).
3. Cancellation after this time will be subject to an early departure fee of 50% of the room rate or $50.00, whichever is greater.
