Meetings are held in the Markham Village Community Centre’s Board Room:

• January to November - every 2nd and 4th Wednesday mornings, between 10 a.m. and noon
• December - 2nd Wednesday morning, between 10 a.m. and noon (includes holiday party)
• Location is 6041 Highway 7 (just east of southeast corner of Markham Road and Highway 7)

Sales Tables:

The club provides sales tables for members to buy and sell philatelic items and supplies, including stamps, souvenir sheets, first day covers, albums, binders, and protective sheets.

50/50 Sales:

The club holds 50/50 ticket sales to help generate club revenue to cover the room rentals.

Auctions:

When appropriate, the club holds silent and online auctions. The silent auctions are held during each meeting and the online auctions are held less frequently. Please refer to the club calendar for more online auctions information.

Presentations:

The club holds occasional presentations and talks by members and invited guests. Please refer to the club calendar for more information.
